Shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the number and type of items you select for your alfresco kitchen. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and aim to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure your delivery arrives to you quickly and safely. As part of the quotation process, we will include a shipping estimate to give you a clear understanding of the total costs involved in acquiring our products.

Manufacturing Time:

Please note that the manufacturing time for your alfresco kitchens is approximately 6 weeks. We take great pride in crafting every outdoor kitchen with meticulous attention to detail. As each kitchen is made to order, this duration allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to ensure that your kitchen meets the high-quality standards we are known for.

Our skilled craftsmen meticulously work on each component of your alfresco kitchen, ensuring that every detail is carefully executed. From the selection of premium materials to the precision in construction and finishing, we strive to deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.

We understand that waiting for your product requires patience, but we assure you that the end result will be well worth the wait. The manufacturing process involves multiple stages, including design, material selection, fabrication, assembly, and quality control. Transit Times:

Once your alfresco kitchen is manufactured and ready for shipping, transit times will vary depending on the destination. We are located in Adelaide, South Australia, and offer shipping services to all capital cities in Australia. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, that transit times can be subject to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays in transportation networks. As a guide:

  1. Adelaide Metro: 1-2 Working Days
  2. Melbourne Metro: 1-2 Working Days
  3. Sydney Metro: 2-3 Working Days
  4. Brisbane Metro: 3-4 Working Days
  5. Perth Metro: 2-3 Working Days
  6. Darwin: 4-5 Working Days.

If you are outside of the metropolitan area, please allow an additional 3-4 business days from your nearest Capital city.

We work closely with our shipping partners and will provide tracking details when available. The above times are a guideline only.

Packaging:

We take utmost care in packaging your alfresco kitchen to ensure its safe arrival at your doorstep. Our team utilizes sturdy materials and industry-standard packaging techniques to protect your order during transit. Rest assured that your kitchen will be packaged securely to minimize the risk of any damage during shipping. For all interstate freight, the cabinets will be packaged onto pallets. Pallets may require a fork-lift to be available for delivery. Additional fees may be incurred for manual unloading and domestic deliveries.
